How long does delivery take?
We typically deliver within 3-5 business days for orders within India. Metro cities usually receive orders within 2-3 days. International shipping takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499 within India. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applicable.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we ship to select countries including USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, and Australia. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Are your products chemical-free?
Yes, all Great Miller products are 100% natural and chemical-free. We do not use any artificial colors, preservatives, or additives in our products.
How fresh are your spices?
Our spices are ground fresh to order. We maintain minimal stock to ensure you receive the freshest products. Most items are processed within 24-48 hours of order placement.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our ground spices have a shelf life of 6-12 months when stored properly in airtight containers away from direct sunlight. Whole spices last up to 2 years.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians/vegans?
Yes, all our spices, flours, and powders are 100% plant-based and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unopened products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund.
How do I return a product?
Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return. We will arrange a pickup and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped. Once shipped, you may refuse delivery or return the product as per our return policy.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI, Net Banking, and popular wallets like Paytm, PhonePe, and Google Pay. Cash on Delivery is available for orders under ₹2000.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption and partner with trusted payment gateways. We never store your complete card details on our servers.
